some days are like that

My body has this super annoying habit of wake me up at an absurd hour just about every single Tuesday.

What makes it especially frustrating is that I write and send my newsletter Tuesday mornings before heading off to a strength training class.

And guess what? Both of these things go much better when you've had a good night's sleep. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Is it the excitement of the my Tuesday morning routine? (I loooooove Tuesday mornings, even if it means leaving my house before sunrise for a good chunk of the year.)

Am I worried that I'm going to sleep too late and not have enough time to write you a top-notch newsletter that's both delivering you value so you want to continue to stick around, while also selling my services (and not being annoying in the process)?

Who the heck knows.

But what I do know that addition to not being fully rested, I've some thing on my mind which has zapped my motivation for writing today's newsletter, the thing I've come to really forward to writing every week.

But as we like to say in my family: "Some days are like that, even in Australia."*

So for today, I'm gonna keep it short and sweet, and share with you a meaty blog post I recently wrote based on a question I'm often asked.

Take it one step at a time,
Bev

P.S. If you're like me and put a lot of pressure on yourself when writing your newsletter, this is my reminder to you to do it in such a way that feels sustainable for you. And if the fear of coming across as annoying or spammy is getting in your way, let's talk.
